9月29日开始的宝可梦×梵高博物馆联动活动热度极高，官方错误估计了该活动的关注人数，导致联动商品严重供不应求，商品预订的火爆也使缺货、倒卖现象严重。除此以外，货物的打包也出现混乱，许多没有订购相关商品的顾客却受到了多余的快递。

目前很多在线上宝可梦中心、梵高博物馆商店订购过联动商品的顾客收到了订单取消的通知以及一封道歉信。基本大意和原文如下：
