9月29日開始的寶可夢×梵高博物館聯動活動熱度極高，官方錯誤估計了該活動的關注人數，導致聯動商品嚴重供不應求，商品預訂的火爆也使缺貨、倒賣現象嚴重。除此以外，貨物的打包也出現混亂，許多沒有訂購相關商品的顧客卻受到了多餘的快遞。
